The hotel had a stunning view of the valley and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff was warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.
The rooms were in poor condition, with broken taps, leaking jets, and curtains coming off their hooks. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a major concern, as we found dust and stains in our room upon check-in.

We stayed here to visit gun hill, located near to the hotel. Balcony was a bonus. Free Wi Fi was very effective.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, especially the super deluxe rooms on the 2nd floor which had a large veranda. The staff, particularly the GM, went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and even gave us a free upgrade. The location of this place in the city center amidst lush mountains was absolutely breathtaking.
Highly recommended for everyone.

This hotel has a fantastic location, with easy access to popular tourist spots and the city center. It is conveniently situated near the main square of the hill station, offering a great advantage for exploring the area. being very close to a hilly forest, guests can enjoy the natural surroundings and experience the freshness of the environment. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff is polite and courteous, promptly meeting any requests. The hotel also has a good restaurant and bar with cozy ambiance.
The limited food menu options might disappoint those looking for a wide variety of choices.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to have a great location, being close to the main attractions in town and also offering a fantastic view. The service was quite efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the food was of good quality with proper hygiene standards. the hotel had a lovely balcony where I enjoyed the mesmerizing and soothing view.
The hotel had poor housekeeping, which negatively impacted my stay. When I entered the room, I found it dirty with stains and dust all over the place.

The hotel's location was perfect, nestled between lush mountains and in the city centre, making it convenient to explore this beautiful hill station.
